I. League Info
----1. Commissioner: I, Rudy Salazar (Chiefs), will your commissioner for this fantasy football league. I have final say over all controversies and situations where a final say is needed. I will be looking for co-commisioners to help this league run as smoothly and be as fair to every member as possible.
----2. Price: The price of this league is free.
II. League Setup
----1. Setup: Two Conferences (AFC & NFC), Four Divisions in each Conference (West, East, North, South) and Four Teams in each Division.
----2. Regular Season: We will have a 13-game regular season.
----3. Playoffs: Each Conference will have 6 Playoff Teams (4 Division Winners and Two Wildcards). This will be during Weeks 14-17 of the NFL Season.
III. Rosters
----1. Roster: Must include the following positions.
-------A. Offense: 1 QB, 2 RB, 1 FB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE
-------B. Defense: 2 DE, 2 DT, 3 LB, 2 CB, 2 S
-------C. Special Teams: 1 K, 1 P, 1 RET (Your starting Returner can also start at another position)
----2. Roster Limits: Rosters can not exceed 50 players. If a player is on IR he does not count against your 50 man roster.
----3. Salary Cap: Each teams salary cap will be $100M (always subject to change).
-------A. All player salaries should be rounded to the nearest thousand dollar. 10,545,950 = 10,546,000

IV. Player Transactions:
----1. Free Agency: You may sign Free Agents at any time as long as you have space on your roster and are below the salary cap. There are 3 types of Free Agents: Unrestricted, Restricted and Exclusive Rights.
----2. Releasing: When you release a player you still owe half his yearly salary for as long as he is under contract.
----3. Retirement: If player retires you take one year off his contract length and then pay half the yearly salary remaining.
-------A. Injury: If player has to retire due to injury then his contract is void and you don't have to pay any of it.
----4. Trades: You may trade with any GM. Both sides need to come to full agreement.
----5. Extensions: You may extend a players contract at any point during year.
-------A. Franchise Tag: May be used once a year only in off-season.
----6. NFL Draft: 7 Round Draft where you may draft eligible players for your roster.
V. Free Agency
----1. Un-Restricted Free Agency (UFA): All players who are not under contract with a team during the regular season or any player going into an offseason that has 4 or more years of accrued NFL service.
-------A. Rules: Any team may bid on player with no restrictions. Once 24 hours of no bidding has occurred then the team that offers the most total salary is the winner of the player. Each year, yearly salary must increase by 20%. Maximum of 7 year contracts.
----2. Restricted Free Agency (RFA): Any player with 3 years or less of accrued NFL service whose contract has expired. Only during off-season.
-------A. Rules: Former team may sign player to contract at least in 1 year lengths at minimum salary. All other teams may offer contract to player. After no bidding for 24 hours former team has chance to meet highest offer. If former team does not match highest offer then the highest bidder gets player for contract. Former team receives compensation from highest bidder. If by start of regular season player has had no contract offers from any team, the player becomes an UFA.
-------B. Compensation: Top 5 Player at Position - 1st Round Pick, Top 15 Player at Position - 2nd Round Pick, Top 20 Player at Position - 3rd Round Pick, Top 25 Player at Position - 4th Round Pick, Outside Top 25 - 7th Round Pick. Must have available pick to sign player.
----3. Exclusive Rights Free Agent (ERFA): Player with less than 2 years of accrued NFL service. Only during off-season.
-------A. Rules: Former team has exclusive rights to sign player to a contract at least 1 year length and minimum salary. If by start of regular season player hasn't been offered a contract he immediately becomes an UFA.
VI. Trades
----1. Rules of Trading: All trades must be posted in the trades section by one owner and then confirmed by other owner. All trades have a 48-Hour window. It takes 10 acceptances and 6 vetoes. After 48 hours the trade will be processes depending on number of votes.
----2. Trade Info: You may not trade a player who you do not have yet. Even if you know you are going to get the player you can not make the deal until other trade has gone through.
----3. Trade Deadline: The Trading Deadline will be Week 6 of every season.
----4. Draft Picks: Draft Picks may be traded up to 48 Hours before the draft. You may also trade Draft picks from up to 2 future years.
VII. Extensions
----1. Extending a Players Contract: TBD
----2. Franchise Tag: You may use the Franchise Tag one time per year. Player that is franchised new salary is the average of the Top 5 Salaries at his position. A team can not give a player the Franchise Tag more than once.
VIII. NFL Draft
----1. Rules of NFL Draft: 7-Round Draft will take place 1 Week after Live NFL Draft. Each team will have 12 Hours to make a selection. If selection has not been made then I will make the selection said for team and it will be highest drafted player available that isn't an Offensive Linemen.
IX. Live Scoring
----1. Scoring: There will be head-to-head matchups every week with the team with the most points getting the win. Standings will be kept accordingly. We record Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams points.

X. Removal From League
----1. Collusion: If any teams are found colluding they will be instantly removed.
----2. Inactivity: If you are not keeping active you can be voted out by 2/3 vote of all active members of this league.
